An interior staircase detail in the Castillo de la Real Fuerza in Havana Cuba. Completed in 1577, the building was constructed primarily of limestone which can be seen in the weathering of the stone and today is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage site comprising Old Havana and its fortifications.
