Central Park Tower is a beacon of glass and steel, rising 472 meters above the ground plane. The quintessential New York tower is certified as the world’s tallest residential building. Located on West 57th Street, each residence maximizes multiple panoramas from floor-to-ceiling windows. 179 units range from one-to-four bedrooms and studio suites to full-floor duplex and triplex homes. The program is organized vertically into tiers separated by mechanical floors. As the tower climbs vertically, notched corners counteract wind loads and create unique layouts with spaces for private terraces.
