This project is an environmental education facility mainly for children. In terms of nature, the site and climatic conditions shaped the building layout and facade design. In terms of tradition, the local traditional technique of using bags to stabilize sand inspired a stepped pattern based on strip foundations, which matched the building layout on the slope. In terms of construction, low-tech building methods were used to align the natural and site-responsive architectural form with the traditional local construction style, while achieving low cost and energy use.
