The project is located at South New Town in Qinhuai District, Nanjing. With a modern approach, the design adopts multi-layer landscape walls and large floating slabs, to extend the main surface of the sales center and create a facade form that descend layer by layer. The main building materials including pale-toned harden cement paste and ultra-clear glass create a light, pure and artistic effect. Through the subtle arrangement of enclosures, the design creates a quiet and quality space atmosphere with consideration into the changes in sight lines.
