High Land Park Civic Center is an old building renovation project. The site is cut by crisscrossing road traffic, creating an overlooked, abandoned space in the urban fabric. There is a shortage of green areas, and residents lack recreational spaces. The operational freight railway continues to have a negative impact on the site and the surrounding transportation. The rebuilt building has taken on greater social responsibilities. We have integrated the Civic Center with the park, allowing the building to play a more significant role as a connecting link in the urban space.
