Hanoi is one of the highly polluted city of the world with high concretization and serious lack of trees. Within this dense context, Viettel Academy is a unique sustainable project. The project resembles a forest within a forest – with twelve blocks of building alternating between green gardens, all linked by a large roof system. These open corridors and myriad plants and trees provide layer and layer of shades, reducing the amount of solar radiation, intense heat and noise. Water system at the center of the building produces a microclimate and cooling effects for the building.
