The port of La Savina is the main point of access to Formentera Island. It is the border between an urban area, the Mediterranean Sea, and a saltwater lagoon, which has traditionally been used as a natural harbor for fishing and sailing. The functional program has been divided into two parts aligned with the urban traces. At its intersection, the building offers an empty space that incorporates the main access and is permeable to the natural views. Between the two described volumes, there is a structure that provides shadow to enjoy the amazing views towards Estany des Peix.
