This previously under-utilized space was transformed into a social hub for students to immerse themselves in the vibrant digital world of eSports. Two structures shape the space: “The Brain” is a cubic core skinned in perforated stainless steel that holds the computer control equipment, a dedicated HVAC system, and supports multiple gaming stations. “The Blade“ defines additional gaming stations. A 24’ suspended color-changing installation anchors an energetic line of light between the structures.
