Its multi-dimensional landscape is a central focus, aiming to enrich the area with enhanced convergence spaces, civic areas, and distinctive event venues. The podium level brings a brand-new retail and cultural experience. The project introduces an expansive "blanket" of green roofs and walls across the site, amplifying landscape performance. This ambitious project seeks to revitalize the district by establishing a new cultural hub and urban oasis.
