Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the Ayala Triangle Gardens North project consists of a 40-story office tower and a 23-story luxury hotel tower set atop a three-story, mixed-use podium. The podium’s unique design connects the development to the district’s bustling activity. With sloped facades that double as green lawns, grand public stairs, cutaway voids that create plaza space, and multiple access points on different levels, the project will serve as an architectural node that enlivens the Ayala Triangle.
