This project proposes a protective dam for Provincetown with a critical conservational strategy, which lets sea level rising reshape most of its shoreline area and focuses on preserving the central historical downtown. The new sea levee is envisioned as an inhabitable structure with double loaded street, resonating with and connecting the original main commercial street to form a loop condition.
