Recent global events, such as COVID-19 and global warming, inspired this project. Its goal is to create a circular economy that reduces waste and utilizes emerging carbon capture technologies to convert carbon dioxide into locally usable carbon commodities while being developed sustainably. The design proposal includes increasing the distance between units and reducing population density, which can improve the energy efficiency of buildings, reduce air pollution, and provide a sense of security and self-sufficiency for those affected by COVID-19 and global warming within a circular economy.
