The Moment We Rebuild the Relationship with the Metropolis Yancheng district, Kaohsiung city, the biggest harbor and great metropolis in Taiwan, is the place where I selected to reveal the concept, Inside-out, and it is the frontline where we connect to the world. Due to historical issues, although the city is extremely close to the sea, and was a tidal land before, the citizens still cannot feel it. As a consequence, I try to uncover parts of the waterway, which has existed under the city for a long time and linked directly to the harbor, to reconnect the people and the city beside the sea.
