In Deyang, an unused site with a total area of about 420,000 square meters is planned into an urban park. A wastewater plant is the memory and landmark of the site. However, the wastewater plants produce large amounts of sludge every day. We choose to reuse the sludge and to create a park with a scientific theme related to the sludge.
