This project is located in Nanyou District in central Nanshan area, nearby the city’s main arterial roads of Nanshan Avenue and Dongbin Road. The site area is 4589.91 m2 and the total construction area is 37323.94 m2. The project consists of a 38-storey residential building and a 3-storey street side commercial building, of which the first and second floors are for commercial retail use and elderly day care center, and the third and fourth floors are above ground parking and the fifth floor the podium roof garden, sixth floor and above is the residential tower.
