The project is located in the starting area of the Pearl Bay Area. The design responds positively to the urban environment, creating a landmark gateway complex at the Tam Giang Confluence. The design responds to the natural landscape pattern of mountains, rivers and seas, and constructs the gateway tower of Lingshan island, creating the “Wings of Soul Mountain”. The building is in the form of twin towers, such as wings flying in the sea, wings connected to the middle, to build a bottom portal shape, meaning the city forge ahead, prosperity and take off.
