Hanare-I locates at an altitude of 199m on a hill, enabling a client to enjoy spectacle views. The views brought by the architect make the client rediscover nature with a fresh perspective while keeping a certain distance. Initially, the plan intended to replace a rectangle-shaped shed with a hipped roof, which had existed in the same place as HANARE-I is now, with the new architecture. Considering much snow, HANARE-I has a space inside the building using a steep roof. All space is so interdependent under the attic as to lead the spatial flow to the outside through the window.
