The Incubator Hub envisions a person-centric development for the future healthcare community, by integrating a strong ecosystem for medical research with green spaces for patient healing. While the project’s spatial layouts are driven by programmatic requirements, it does not overlook the beneficial effects that intangible elements can add. Conceptually, the project is designed to allow nature's healing power to permeate the development by bringing greenery to the buildings, creating a positive and restorative environment for the various needs of the tenants, staff, patients, and visitors.
