This culinary space, where important figures from the gastronomic scene come to share their talent and creativity, is located in the heart of Mexico City on the ground floor of a building constructed in the 1960s in the Condesa neighborhood. The primary goal of remodeling this space was to create a strong and protagonistic yet lightweight intervention that envelops the entire area. This intervention needed to be flexible to accommodate events of different scales and agendas – whether it's an intimate dinner for 15 people or 45, a cocktail party, a celebration, or a press conference.
