The premise of Subversive Architecture is based on the idea of the state as a subversive entity who operates at a territorial and local level as such, a subversive state is actively moving and is capable of constantly modifying how it provides its services to its population. The most efficient way to accomplish this is through itinerant architecture and facilities linked to port structures in the network of communities that comprise the PDET municipalities.
