Stunning geometries

Built between 1983 and 1988 and designed by Danish architect Johann Otto von Spreckelsen, La Grande Arche de La Défence is the iconic building that identifies and characterizes the homonymous modern Business Center in Paris. Despite its extraordinary size, the building is strongly striking for the great overall lightness, for the purity of the lines and for the not obvious geometric rigor that has always fascinated me and that I tried to show in this view from below of the internal surfaces of the arch where the shape of the tensostructures placed at median heigh also plays an important role.
