Liégat, social housing building in Ivry-sur-Seine, Ile-de-France region. Built in 1982. Architect Renée Gailhoustet. She was one of the few female architects who build a significant career in the 20th с. Gailhoustet lived in Liégat until her death in 2023. Liégat combines 140 social residential and commercial spaces, furnished with green terraces with focus on individual tiered free floor plans. It's an outstanding architecture of brutalism monument in the social environment; reflection of philosophical thought and history Europe of the 20th c. Dedicated to the memory of Renée Gailhoustet.
