Located in the heart of the California Central Coast’s Templeton Gap, Fulldraw Winery sits sentry to 100 acres of vineyards. The facility includes a Fermentation Building, covered Crush Pad, admin space, and Barrel and Case Goods Storage. Responding to site topography and climatic influences of sun and prevailing breezes, the steel framed “barn” houses open-air spaces fostering cross-ventilation, night cooling, and provide ample natural daylight. Materials are clean-lined, resilient and honest.
