Located in NYC’s Hell’s Kitchen, this renovation transformed an open 1,480sf commercial studio into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft designed for contemporary urban lifestyle. Steel & glass partitions separate the space to create bedrooms while maintaining the loft’s open space. The project’s greatest challenges & design opportunities were in it’s bathrooms & kitchen.The existing bathroom was transformed into a striking room of green & blue metallic tiles while the elegant new master bathroom emerged from a conference room, transforming into a spa-like environment of understated luxury & tranquility.
