Situated on the west of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, the design of the Chengdu Airport Cloud Exhibition Center is inspired by the concept of "cloud" to symbolize the imagery of the airport-side building using implicit metaphors. The Cloud Gallery, suspended over the grassy slope park, shows a large multi-level landscaped terrace. Horizontal metal louvered panels enhance the horizontal extension attributes of the building, and the interplay between reality and virtuality is intended to convey the soft hovering of the "clouds" using abstract architectural language.
