The architectural image is like two wings spreading to the city, abstracting the state of flapping wings to fly. Its fluctuating photovoltaic roof is integrated with the building, hoping for the beautiful vision of "displaying the wings of the future and gathering the light of science". The project will be built into a science and technology innovation area with global identity, and the proposed development functions include: conference complex, top scientist laboratories and transformation centers, scientific program supporting facilities, public construction, infrastructure and 5-star hotel.
