320 Granville is a AAA office tower on the central waterfront hub of Vancouver. The building adopts a rich-in-movement architectural language resulting in a striking addition to the city’s skyline. Connecting rail, water, street and air, the vibrant hub is a key transportation link in Vancouver. The stacked “ribbons” reflect the stone and rectilinear shapes of neighboring buildings to create a dynamic dialogue. The segmented glass panels ripple across the building and occasionally recess to accentuate the facade’s curvature, also reflected in the triple-height lobby and terraced landscape.
