Citymark Tower is the anchor of the Citymark Center master plan and a prominent landmark for northeast Shenzhen. The aerodynamic lines of this mixed-use tower draw their inspiration from the clients’ automotive enterprises. The building form is comprised of four symmetrical tapering elevations, creating an attenuated pyramidal form. Larger floorplates at the bottom offer efficient office layouts with smaller floorplates above for luxury clubhouse / serviced apartments. The tower’s re-entrant corners accommodate generous apartment terraces creating a striking expression on the city’s skyline.
