Villa Kin Ich (K’inich), meaning the house of the Mayan Sun God, is a magnificently curated 7-bedroom beachfront villa, architecturally dramatic, blending contemporary style with Mexican-inspired spaces. The beach landscape of Playa del Carmen is the guide structural that gives life to Villa Kin Ich. While the spectacular vegetation endemic to the region, remain rooted, the architectural spaces emerge around it, embracing the user. The construction materials evokes the tones of the white sands that seeps into the interior gardens, and is sometimes mixed with limestones and natural woods.
