BACKGROUND Have you ever been to an industrial building for a pastime? The Kwun Tong industrial area has been transformed, resulting in many different activities. However, these activities are scattered. It is valuable to remodel the Kwun Tong Industrial Area, becoming a prominent location for creative industries. CONCEPT The project focuses on converting the Camel Paint Building into a prominent location for Art, Entertainment, and Culture. It attracts foreign tourists for entertainment and gives local artists the opportunity to develop.
