Located in Tai Ping Shan, 42 Tung Street stands as a luxurious residential icon. This slender 23-storey tower features 9 simplex and 4 duplex units, each with its individual lift lobbies. The interiors are bright and spacious, offering expansive city views. Blending modernity with traditional Tong Lau influences, the narrative inspired façade modulates sunlight while framing views. Craftsmanship shines throughout with a natural palette of textured finishes. The 20th-floor function room serves as a communal space for family events and relaxation, overlooking the vibrant urban streetscape below.
