Create an installation in the park above the underground mall forming an colourful shaded space where people can temporarily stop to rest or walk through. Different heights of glass like a miniature city protruding from the street. When one walks through it , the subterranean level can see the diffuse light and shadows and vivid colors produced by the upper level.
