An aging pre-engineered metal building and a dilapidated masonry structure are completely reimagined into quality office space by a two-story mass timber addition, added greenspace, increased daylighting, and modern interiors designed for collaboration. This skillful renovation repositions the Greenway Office Park in Bentonville, Arkansas, into bold forms and articulation to create a healthy office environment crafted in rich woods, articulated aluminum fins, and crisp flexible spaces.
