The initial requirement was to have a space to decompress, while contemplating a private collection and drinking mezcal. Renovating and giving new life to the existing warehouse was the design intention, where the collection exists creating a haven for art, people and discourses. Two galleries, a kitchen/laboratory, a dining room created with retrieved railway ties, a library and a garden constructed on the switchyard, became the architectural program. Unfinished aesthetics exalt the conversion of space, allowing its constant transformation as a continuous loop of evolution.
