This renovation project seeks to transcend the transient nature of time, aiming for a spatial design that can adapt to the needs of the next two decades or more. The transition of a 40-year-old family home into an avant-garde workspace epitomizes the confluence of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. A key innovation lies in the custom-designed accessible elevator. Eschewing the use of steel cables, the elevator is propelled fully by cogwheel mechanisms. The design reduces the complexity of the machinery and maximizes safety.
