At the foot of the six hundred year old Ming City Wall there is a disused cotton mill, now being re-designed and reused as a design agency and coffee shop, with a new modern design concept that contrasts with the past walls and factory buildings. We completed the façade and café design with a minimalist design language: black rock panels and stainless steel, and eliminated unnecessary ornamentation in the interior office fit-out design, using natural solid wood elements combined with the subtlety of micro-cement to create a simple and powerful artistic space.
