During China's ecological civilization，this project represents new overall urban design model considering sustainability, comprehensiveness and implementation. The fundamental concept of the design has changed from construction-oriented to ecological-oriented. The contents emphasize the integrated design of the whole elements including mountains, water, forests, fields and cities. Utilizing “two-pronged, up and down convergence” methods to realize whole-process design control, especially city's major projects. This project lays a solid foundation for the future spatial development of Jinhua.
