Located in the High-tech Development Zone of Binzhou City, China, the project is a large-scale complex with total construction area about 110,000 square meters, serving agricultural trading, exhibition, conference, catering, etc. The design closely integrates with the economic development of the city, deeply explores the charm of the local culture. Inspired by cultural localization of the Bohai Sea tide and sails, architects have succeeded in creating a city hall that is symbiotic, rational, efficient and beneficial to the public.
