The urban layout of the Polish Army Museum site draws from the 18th-century spatial composition of the Warsaw Citadel. It spans across the 30-hectares of expansive greenery Cultural Park and serves as a memorial site and a vibrant venue. The building’s geometric and disciplined form is complemented by chevron pattern on massive blocks made of colored architectural concrete, subtly reminiscent of the Citadel’s brick wall and military motifs. This surface creates an interplay of light and shadows.
