We were engaged following a fire that tore through the heart of the school taking their hall, 8 classrooms, meeting and resource rooms, in 2019. Our appointment was to develop the master plan, document temporary accommodation, and act as lead design consultants for the new MPS. Ministry undertook initial design workshops with the MoE and the school to refine the brief and to understand the leadership team’s pedagogical aspirations. The result is the ultimate ‘flexible’ space’. The building is now in almost constant use for a variety of activities, many of which occur simultaneously.
