The 17-storey former grain silo in Copenhagen’s Nordhavn has been transformed into a unique landmark, offering 39 distinct apartments with heights up to 7 meters. The top and lower levels are open to the public, blending residential and community spaces. Preserving Nordhavn’s industrial heritage, 2,740 m³ of reused concrete cut over 500 tons of CO₂e. The “hat” atop the building features a public restaurant and viewing platform with a glass façade that reflects the sky.
