The Postgraduate Center is an academic building located in the San Telmo neighborhood. Surrounded by a consolidated fabric, the Faculty of Engineering and the buildings of the Ministry of Agriculture. With the intention of developing and studying the typology in depth, the project seeks to generate a new public space in the area, ceding a square to the city and burying part of the proposed program. The building seeks to be a new architectural piece that contributes to the revaluation of public space, generating a new green lung. Reactivating the area with relevance at an urban level.
