This project explores air as an immaterial and intangible design element and expands the vision of architecture that works with the natural phenomenon of air. Inspired by the natural shrinkage of apple peel in contact with air, air is taken as an agent that drives materiality changes and becomes visible through the object medium. The notion of volumetric relationship through layering is explored with various experimental methods and representational media. The final architectural proposition aims to propose stripping down layers sequentially for the human body to experience outer climate.
