The Skin School is a college in Skopje, North Macedonia, where students learn to craft transformative "skins" from mycelium, a sustainable material, and their own ceramics creations. These skins are applied to structures from the Skopje 2014 project, a controversial urban renewal effort launched after the 1963 earthquake. The school itself is an inhabitable skin built over existing project elements, creating an evolving space where students actively contribute to its development and expansion, embracing new identities for the city.
