The project is a Social-cultural Center on São Paulo's iconic Paulista Avenue, taking advantage of underground remaining spaces from a 1970s project conceptualized and partially built by architect Nadir Mezerani and engineer José Carlos de Figueiredo Ferraz. Once the construction was not entirely conceived, our design aims to activate, requalify, and reintegrate these left spaces into urban dynamics and to make the most of the distinctive local features for social and leisure interaction.
