Considering the existing site conditions, Spanish people’s affection for parks, and responding to Madrid’s urbanism policy of planting more vegetations to decline climatic issues, the design concept is a vertical park, connecting to its surroundings as a green pulse.To further respond to the theme of Latin American Music Archive, the building means to function as an instrument to engage with the local community and create playfulness.
