Jeffries Point in East Boston was historically the main shipping port in Boston until the late 20th century. Since then, it has become a forgotten area, attracting large-scale apartment developers. The goal is to revitalize the waterfront through innovative architecture. Our new campus strategy, designed by a group of four, includes a marine research center, marine wildlife center, food distribution center, and food market. The Marine Center focuses on local marine life with interactive bars featuring history, tactile experiences, and aquarium views. Curved roofs and glass dominate these bars.
