I believe that in the rapidly changing context of urban landscapes, they should not merely serve as the backdrop of the city. Instead, the environmental characteristics generated by the relationship between land and people within the landscape should be used to construct the locality between contexts. At the same time, I think the essence of water is formless; so-called water bodies are defined by the formation of boundaries, revealing the accumulated qualities from below the surface through the shape of these boundaries above the land.
