In the history of altering the physical environment by human power, regions abounded with mine resources were more likely to become the immense settlement with the development of local traditional quarrying industries. However, economic mode depending on secondary industry, completely neglecting the ecology condition of the environment, always led to excessive exploit, thereby giving rise to deterioration of the habitat quality in all the patches, bases and corridors. Damage of such barren zones where fauna and flora species became to extinct was not solely confined to low-quality land types.
