With the continuous advancement of urbanisation, Jiangbei district is facing a series of problems such as old city renewal, fierce competition, old functions of reserved areas, environmental improvement and traffic optimisation. This design proposes corresponding countermeasures on a one-to-one basis according to the specific problems found in the research of the parcel, in order to solve the unequal gap between the living environment of the residents in the parcel and the surrounding urban environment.
